All passengers are safe after a plane crashed near the Porterville Municipal Airport on Tuesday.

The four passengers already identified were Trevor McWilliams, a project engineer with Yukon Fire Protection Services Inc.; Corps of Engineers employees Sabrina Hansen and Hayden Scalis; and U.S. Air Force 2nd Lt. Leah Borsich, a 23-year-old project programmer for the 611th Civil Division.
