One of my favorite 2 for 1 drills in the outfield. A do or die right into a drop step- catch over the shoulder. I don’t usually prefer to throw after the do or die but you can incorporate it in if it makes sense for you! If there’s no throw, make sure you’re still coming like you are going to throw to get into that habit. When drop stepping, make sure you’re square to the ball before taking off (don’t just get to the bucket and run- make sure there’s a true drop step). #outfield #softball #baseb
