My take on Jook🍲 • I used already cooked rice to speed up the process and added to a pot with olive oil, garlic, ginger, salt, water, and vegetable broth • Sauce is made with white vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, avocado oil, white and black sesame seeds, honey, and chili pepper flakes • Bok choy is just olive oil, garlic, and salt • And scallions to top it off!
